The Aegis Council for Policy Research & Innovation, corporation number 1227563-5, is the sole owner of the information collected on its site.

The purpose of this statement is to inform visitors and stakeholders about what information is collected when they visit Aegis Council, how this information is used and to whom it is disclosed.

For example, we need to disclose your financial information to our bank in order to process your fees and payments for events or publications.  

Our service providers are also contractually bound to keep your information confidential and to safeguard your information. 

Additionally, if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence including your name, address, phone number, email address, contents of correspondence and/or attachments you may send us as well as the history of your transactions with the Aegis Council.

We may also request you to complete surveys for research purposes, although this is not binding on you.

We update our software periodically to enhance protection.
