As COVID-19 unfolds, concerns are being raised about vaccine nationalism and the fear of disastrous cyber-attacks seeking to enfeeble states and international efforts to contain the spread and recover from the pandemic.  

Within this context, health policy needs to reflect innovative propositions for enhancements in efficiency, leverage new technologies as tools of commerce as well as strategy to accelerate national and geopolitical efforts.
